(a) The ParichaySammelan registration fee is refundable till completely filled form is scrutinized and accepted by the management committee. If no discrepancies are found in the registration form and form is accepted by the committee then registration fee shall not be refunded in any circumstances.

(b) The annual membership fee is non-refundable once completely filled membership form is submitted and approved for annual membership by the Executive body members, in case the membership is not approved then the amount shall be refunded within 45 days from the date of receipt of amount.

(c) The Life time membership fee is not accepted till the membership is duly approved by the executive body and President Madhya Pradesh Rajput Samaj. Once it is accepted then non-refundable.
